Shipping Information

We ship our products within Germany, to selected countries in the European Union, and within Turkey.

1. Shipping Area

Shipping is available within Germany, to eligible countries in the European Union, and within Turkey.

The available shipping destinations will be displayed during the checkout process. Deliveries to countries outside the listed shipping areas are currently not possible.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process before the order is finalized.

The following shipping costs currently apply to the respective regions:

Germany

Shipping costs: €5.00
Delivery time: 3–7 business days

European Union

Shipping costs: €20.00
Delivery time: 5–10 business days

Turkey

Shipping costs: Free
Delivery time: 3–7 business days

Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery address, shipping method, or special promotions. The final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Time

The delivery time begins after successful receipt of payment and processing of your order.

Within Germany, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.
For deliveries to countries in the European Union, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days.
Within Turkey, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during periods of high order volume, on public holidays, or due to delays caused by the shipping carrier.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful receipt of payment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number (provided the shipping carrier offers this service).

5. Shipment Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email after your order has been shipped.

If available, this email will include a tracking link allowing you to view the current status of your delivery. 6. Undeliverable Shipments

Should a shipment be returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual return costs incurred as well as any costs for re-shipment.

Please therefore ensure that you provide your delivery address fully and correctly during the ordering process.

7. Partial Deliveries

We are entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you.

You will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result, provided the partial delivery was initiated by us.
