Your satisfaction is important to us. If an item does not meet your expectations, consumers can exercise their legal right of withdrawal.
1. Return Period
Consumers can cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please refer to our cancellation policy for the exact details of the statutory right of withdrawal.
2. Condition of Goods
Please return the goods in an unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, if possible, and with all existing labels and, where possible, in the original packaging.
Testing the quality, characteristics, and functionality of the goods is, of course, permissible. However, use beyond this may lead to compensation for value depreciation.
3. Return
Returns are sent to the corresponding return address depending on the country of delivery.

4. Return Shipping Costs
The direct costs of the return are borne by the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We cannot accept freight collect returns.
5. Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day on which your declaration of withdrawal was received by us. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
6. Exchange
A direct exchange is only possible after prior arrangement and depending on the availability of the desired item.
If the desired item is not available, you can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal and place a new order if necessary.
7. Hygiene Items and Custom-Made Items
Goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene can only be returned if an existing seal is undamaged.
Custom-made or personalized items are excluded from withdrawal if they have been specially produced or adapted according to customer requirements.
